A IOS app platform enabling clients download work in progress into their phones.
Beam Pocket is an IOS that works in conjunction with Beam Share, the post house file sharing software, and created after understanding a growing need among iPhone users: the impossibility of download files into the phone.
The app allows users to view and download WIP assets on iPhones, neatly organised into date and project. Beam Pocket not only allows our clients to view files, but also save them and share files with others and even send messages with the content.
At the moment I started to work on the app, the project was in its final days, so I worked in the improvement of some of the functionalities, as well as liasing with the main developer to make sure the release of the app was smooth.
Following the release, I created a how-to guide for new users, learning ReadyMag, a tool I learnt specifically for the job and which allowed me to design and share within one platform. You can check the guide here: http://beampocket.beam.tv/
